Pork tenderloin in the oven with potatoes
Instructions
Put the piece of meat with salt and pepper, steccarlo with the sprig of Rosemary and place it in a pan with oil.
Saute on the stove until you have formed a nice golden crust, add the potatoes, a little more olive oil, sprinkle with salt and bake strong focus for 20 minutes.
Lower the oven and continue baking for an hour and a half.
