Ostrich fillet on radicchio crust misrepresent
Instructions
Wrap the ostrich fillet with slices of bacon salt and pepper.
Continue covering the tenderloin with the leaves of radicchio trevisano and pass it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Serve with balsamic vinegar of Modena.
