Spicy tenderloin
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and Brown it with oil and butter.
Meanwhile, coat the meat with mustard, then put them in the pan to Brown; Sprinkle with the brandy and sprinkle with capers and chopped green pepper, slightly crushed.
Add salt and cook about 6 minutes to evaporate the brandy.
Serve with gravy.

- 4 slices of sirloin (from 150 g slices)
- 1 onion
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- Mustard
