Caramelised oranges (3)
Instructions
Peel the oranges with thin skin and cut it into strips.
Put the sugar in a saucepan, add a tablespoon of water, put on the fire and let it melt and cook at low heat without stirring.
When the mixture has become a beautiful golden colour, flavour it with half a small glass of brandy and half a glass of wine with a little water, stir and drink the Orange strips.
Let Cook and caramelize for an hour and a half lots to very low heat.
Dip for 2-3 minutes the oranges Peel in boiling water, drain and with a sharp knife remove the white skin without scratching the pulp.
Arrange on serving dish, cover with the syrup and garnish each with a sprig of caramelized and peels mint leaves.

- 4 oranges
- 200 g of sugar
- Brandy
- Dry white wine
- To decorate:
- 1 tuft of caramelized orange peels
- Some leaves of mint
