Angel's egg wires
Instructions
In a saucepan bring to a boil the broth; together the wires D'Angelo and simmer for a few minutes.
Separately, beat the egg yolk with the parmesan and then pour the mixture into the soup, stirring quickly until the egg doesn't curdle.
Served after seasoned with olive oil-extra virgin.
