Fennel with capers
Instructions
Clean the fennel by removing the stalks at the base and the leaf part.
Rinse, then cut them in half and then into wedges.
Arrange the slices in a baking dish, sprinkle the pretzels lightly, then sprinkle them with crumbled nut.
Put over the capers, rinsed and drained.
Sprinkle with oregano, then sprayed with a drizzle of olive oil.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap.
Passed to the microwave to cook for 10 minutes at 3/4 of the power, then let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish the dish with a few parsley and ground pepper.

- 1000 g of fennel
- 100 g of salted capers
- 1 nut soup
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Abundant of oregano
- Salt
- To decorate:
- Some leaves of parsley
- Minced 1 of pepper
