Fennel with lemon
Instructions
Cut the fennel hairline thin and let them marinate in lemon juice, passed to the colander for at least half an hour.
When serving add spilled oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
A great summer salad.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 tender fennel
- Chives
- 1 great lemon (juice)
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
