Instructions

Cook in salted boiling water, fennel sprouts.

Drain, cut in 8 wedges, fry them in a pan with the butter, salt and place a slice on each slice of ham, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, drizzle with the melted butter and cook in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
