Fennel with ham (3)
Instructions
Cook for about 15 minutes in boiling salted water fennel sprouts.
Drain, cut in 8 wedges, fry them in a baking dish with butter and salt.
Place 1 slice on each slice of ham, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, drizzle with melted butter and cook in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

- 4 fennel
- 8 slices parma ham
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
