Fennel Cream (Finocchi Alla Crema)
Instructions
Clean the fennel, cut into slices lengthwise, brown them in a pan with the butter, salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
Arrange the fennel in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle them with Parmesan, cover them with bechamel sauce and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 4 fennel
- 30 g of butter
- 1 pack of ready-made béchamel sauce
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
