Fennel in sauce (2)
Instructions
Clean the fennel and cut into wedges.
Boil them in salted water, drain them and arrange them on a platter.
Melt the butter in a pan, lift it from the fire and add the filtered juice of lemon, a pinch of paprika and a handful of parsley.
Stir the sauce and pour it over the fennel.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 fennel
- 2 lemons
- 50 g of butter
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 == Pto Paprika
- Salt
