Fennel-flavoured (2)
Instructions
Clean and cut the fennel into wedges and boil them in salted water.
Saute chopped onion in a little olive oil, add the pine nuts, raisins, breadcrumbs and Parmesan, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes, adding if necessary a bit of cooking water of fennel.
Sprinkle the fennel with the sauce and serve hot.

- 500 g of fennel
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of raisins softened in hot water
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Little of olive oil
