Oranges in sauce
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar and flour, dilute with milk, add the lemon zest, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil and never stop turning.
Remove from heat, let cool and incorporate the egg whites mounted to snow.
Sliced oranges peeled them and serve with warm cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 hardboiled blood oranges
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of flour
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 20 cl of nonfat milk
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
