Fake chinese rice skipped
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water for no more than 10 minutes, wash it immediately in cold water and let it cool.
In a large nonstick saucepan (wok type) heat oil in which you'll wilt fresh focus the onions cut into thin slices and garlic.
After a few minutes add chicken meat or bacon and FRY well.
Before you finish cooking the meat pour into skillet Zucchini and carrots, nut, soy sauce and tabasco.
After cooking the vegetables should be cooked but still be crunchy.
Last add omelette (flour 2 eggs salt grain milk butter to cook).
At this point you can mix the rice to mixture and blow it up to fire.
Must be quite dry and slightly Golden.
Recommended as a main course.
Is delicious warmed up because I just got even more crispy.

- 300 g of long grain rice
- 3 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 2 egg omelette cut into thin strips
- 4 zucchini
- 2 carrots cut into thin strips
- 5 white onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Few drops of soy sauce
- Tabasco
