Instructions
Made from two frozen dough rolls four or more disks with a diameter of about 15 cm and keep aside.
Grease an ovenproof dish, place a disc of puff pastry and, all around, others just stacked.
Brush the surface with egg yolk diluted in a tablespoon of water.
Place the Central disk, toma salted just folded over the other disks to form a kind of flower.
Passed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Served piping hot.
Accompanying wines: Cellatica DOC, Merlot DOC Aprilia, Alezio Rosato DOC.

- 1 toma cheese straw
- 2 egg yolks
- Butter
