Instructions
Join the mincemeat the egg, grated Parmesan, some chopped parsley, salt and pepper, mix well the filling.
Filled with this compound pumpkin flowers previously washed and dried.
Put them in a pan greased with butter and lightly cover with abundant béchamel sauce.
Sprinkle the surface with butter flakes, then bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
