Stuffed pumpkin flowers
Instructions
Remove pumpkin flower stalks and the pistil, taking care not to break them.
Gently wash and dry them.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and chop the ham, then combine and season with salt and pepper.
Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture in each flower.
In 1 Bowl prepare the batter filled with warm water and flour, add salt and 1 at a time, dip the flowers that will be fried in hot oil.
Serve them hot.

- 16 pumpkin flowers
- 100 g of ham
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 100 g of white flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
