Instructions
Remove pumpkin blossom the pistil, wash them and stuff them with a bit of mozzarella and anchovy one, immerse them in a large bowl where you will be prepared an elastic batter (flour, water, salt and yeast), lowly gently with a spoon and FRY in hot oil, let them dry on a paper towel and bring them right to the table or keep them warm in the oven.

- 100 g of mozzarella
- 50 g of anchovies
- Flour
- Salt
- Frying oil
- Brewer's yeast
