Stuffed zucchini flowers
Instructions
Soften cheese until you reduce them to a cream.
Add salt, add the chopped gherkins and the raw yolk.
Stir carefully.
Fill with the cheese mixture the calyx of the flowers after they have been cleaned as described in the previous recipe.
Star arrange on a platter and serve.

- 12 zucchini flowers
- 200 g of robiola cheese
- 200 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 pickles
- Salt
