Stuffed ligurian flowers
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water, dip the potato masher and collect the mashed in 1 Bowl; mix in the egg, the egg yolk, grated Parmesan, chopped Mint, salt and pepper.
Distribute the mixture into Zucchini Flowers, previously washed, and arrange on baking paper-covered baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve them right away, well hot.

- 3 potatoes
- Salt
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped mint
