Coffee flan
Instructions
Place in a bowl 5 beaten eggs, add 2 cans of condensed milk, a very strong cup of coffee, milk (passed twice through a sieve) and season with a spoon of cognac.
Pour the mixture into a cake pan, foderando before the bottom and walls with a bit of honey; then cook in a Bain-Marie in a hot oven for about half an hour.
You can garnish to your taste.

- 5 beaten eggs
- 2 boxes of condensed milk
- 1 cup of very strong coffee
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of cognac
- Honey
