Instructions
In a frying pan then add the meat with a knob of butter and put it in a bowl.
Add the chopped cooked ham.
Prepare the béchamel sauce, refrigerate, add salt and pepper, add the egg yolk, chopped ham and meat and, depending on the consistency of the compound, three tablespoons of grated cheese.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, shaking.
If you prefer you can also use individual molds.
Pour the dough, sprinkle the surface with a pinch of breadcrumbs and passed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until the surface is gilded flan.
