Cauliflower flan
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower in salted water, leave it to drain and crush them with a fork.
Season in the butter and add the flour and milk a little at a time; Cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
When the mixture is almost cold, add salt, nutmeg and eggs, whipping for 5 minutes.
Pour into greased mold 1 and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in a water bath for 1 hour.

- 300 g of cauliflower
- 30 g of butter and flour
- 20 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Nutmeg
