Cold red pepper flan
Instructions
Do wither the onion with oil and butter; Add the peppers cut into pieces and cook for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Soak in warm water fish glue and let it soften.
Blend the peppers in the blender and add the isinglass, whipped cream, vinegar did restrict the fire, salt and pepper.
Mix well and pour into a lightly greased aluminum with oil.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Serve sliced with a spoonful of the diced fresh tomatoes and seasoned with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Garnish with a sprig of curly parsley.

- 4 sheets of isinglass
- 1 medium onion
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
