Flip to madeira
Instructions
Put the ice cubes in a shaker, add the egg yolk, sugar syrup and madera, then shake vigorously and strain the flip in a glass goblet, spolverizzandovi over the nutmeg.
Serve with straw.

- 4 cubes ice
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons of sugar syrup
- 5 cl of madeira wine
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
