Focaccia with olive oil
Instructions
Sift the flour, forming a fountain, pour a decilitre and using lukewarm water, dissolve the yeast and mix with the flour.
Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes, cover and let rise in a warm place for about two and a half hours.
Place the dough in the center of the fountain formed by the remaining flour, add half a glass of olive oil and some water.
Knead for 6-7 minutes and leave to rise covered in warm place for another two and a half hours.
Grease a baking dish and spread the dough evenly (thickness of 10-15 mm) and press with your fingertips.
Drizzle with olive oil and add salt grains.
Bake at high heat for about 20 minutes.

- 500 g of flour
- 1 glass of olive oil extra virgin
- 30 g of fresh yeast
- Coarse salt
- Water
