Instructions

Make a dough with flour and 2 parts water and 1 roll 2 very thin sheets.

A Adagiatene in a pan greased with oil, copper cut above the cheese into small pieces and cover with the other sheet, on which you will make small holes with a fork to allow steam to pass through.
