Zucchini flower muffin
Instructions
Prepare a batter with beaten egg (yolk and white), a pinch of salt, an idea of white pepper, 6 tablespoons of cream, a few tablespoons of sifted flour.
While mix (to avoid lumps), browse Zucchini Flowers and intingi each petal into the batter, so that remains well soaked, and stendili in a pan, lined up to the brim with baking paper.
Cover the bottom, then, eventually, down on the flowers remaining batter, to cover them.
The layer is thin, that's okay.
Passes the oven Pan (at least 200-210 degrees) for a few minutes.
