Blueberry Muffins (Focaccine di Mirtilli)
Instructions
Wash cranberries and let them drain.
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and place in Bowl 1.
In Bowl beat 1 egg with the milk and combine this mixture with the other ingredients.
Reshoot and combine margarine and blueberries.
Grease the molds and pour in for 2/3 of their height.
Go in the oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes, checking that the muffins are browned on the surface.

- 400 g of blueberries
- 240 g of flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- Melted margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt
