Ricotta muffins
Instructions
Beat the eggs, salt and pepper, add chopped basil, parmesan and ricotta.
Working with my hands the mixture on a floured board.
Divide into 4 portions, forming of buns.
Grease 4 pans of oil crock, heating on the fire and put the buns, they are golden on both sides, polished and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 40 g of flour
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 4 leaves of basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
