Knead the flour with oil, a pinch of salt and a little water.
Combine 4 or 5 leaves finely chopped Sage.
Get a soft dough, roll out to a thickness of 1/2 cm and cut diamonds 12 cm long.
Fry them in hot oil and dry of excess grease.
Serve these muffins with a basket of fresh figs.
