Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, pour the wine and let evaporate.

Boil for 10 minutes the rice in boiling salted water, drain well and place in a bowl.
2 eggs, add half of the grated pecorino cheese and mix.
Cut the remaining cheese into cubes.
