Vanilla fondue
Instructions
In the fondue pan melt in a Bain-Marie chocolate with cream.
Combine butter, vanilla and salt, dilute with milk to a creamy consistency.
Add the rum.
In small bowls to distribute the fruit and cream puffs and completed with skewers to dip the ingredients in hot chocolate.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of chocolate
- 100 G = = Cream
- 20 g of butter
- Milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Beignets
- 1 dram of rum
- 1 bit of vanilla bean
- Dried fruits (prunes, walnuts, hazelnuts)
- Fresh fruit (grapes, bananas, apples, pears)
