Italian fondue with thermomix
Instructions
Add in the fontina mug: 4 seconds at speed 5.
Combine milk, butter, salt and pepper, and cook for 4 minutes at ambient temperature 80 speed 4.
With the blade in motion, through the hole of the lid, combine the egg yolks: 1 minute at speed 8.
Is transferred into a bowl and serve with slices of toasted bread and truffles.
It is excellent with Rice Pilaf.

- 200 g of fontina valdostana cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g of butter
- 10 cl of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
