Lemon cheese
Instructions
Beat three egg yolks with sugar, add the cheese and put everything in a blender.
Add the fresh cream and blend.
Snow mounted the three egg whites with a pinch of salt and blend to mix.
Scrape the rind of the lemons well washed and merged it.
Place the cheese thus obtained in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.

- 600 g of white cheese
- 100 g of sugar
- 150 g of fresh cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 lemons
- 1 pinch of salt
