Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the egg, season with pepper and a little salt and dip the slices of cheese.
Let them turn going so that they hold well and put them in the breadcrumbs that you placed in a serving dish.
Meanwhile, fry the cheese slices in hot oil in a frying pan, turning occasionally until golden crust is formed but without the cheese completely melt inside.
Remove the slices from the Pan, using a shovel and let drain for a few minutes on sheets of absorbent paper.
Arrange in a baking dish and serve very hot.

- 4 thick slices of caciocavallo cheese
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Little of salt
- Pepper
