Fried cheese with rods
Instructions
Heat the oil with the garlic.
Combine the sliced cheese and Brown it on all sides.
Place the slices on a plate and spolverizzarle with the oregano and pepper, drizzle with the cooking and keep warm.
Pour the vinegar into the Pan, let it reduce and pour over cheese.
Serve with a side of golden rod in the Pan, or baked in the oven.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of provolone cheese crisp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper
- 1 pack of rods (rods findus)
