Washed, dried strawberries and remove them the petiole.
Keep by two thirds and the other to the blender.
Add to this puree sugar and half a glass of filtered orange juice to the strainer.
Stir carefully.
Pour everything into a bowl.
On the surface you have whole strawberries, sprinkle with the rest of the sugar, cover.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
