Scented strawberries
Instructions
Wash the strawberries in white wine and leave to drain in a colander.
Put them in a bowl.
Pour honey in a bowl and distemper with 2 teaspoons vinegar.
Join the brachetto, mix and pour over the strawberries.
Keep dessert in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
