Apricot milkshakes
Instructions
Wash the apricots, stone them and cut them into small pieces.
Put them in a blender with the sugar, ice cream, liqueur and blend until mixture is fluffy and smooth.
Pour the milk shakes in glasses high and serve with spoon and straw.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 5 ripe apricots
- 400 g of apricot ice cream
- 150 g of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of apricot liqueur
