French dressing
Instructions
Softened into a bowl one teaspoon of mustard oil, dissolve in another Bowl the salt in the vinegar and put everything in a sauce pan with a pinch of pepper.
Beat for some time with a fork, so you get a sauce amalgamated well and bring it to the table.
Use freshly ground pepper because in doing so its flavor will be more intense and appreciable.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of french mustard
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
- Salt
