French flan
Instructions
Take a plate and flour it.
Roll out the pastry thawed until obtaining a thickness of 6 mm.
Butter a springform, 20 cm in diameter, cover with parchment paper and sprinkle over the dough.
Cover with parchment paper and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, after having poured a handful of dried beans to prevent swollen.
Prepare the custard: bring to boil 8 tablespoons milk in a bowl along with the vanilla pod.
Add egg yolks, sugar and flour and mix well.
Remove the vanilla pod and pour the remaining milk a little at a time.
Pour the custard still warm into the mold.
Put back in oven for 25-30 minutes until the surface is golden.
After removing the cake from the oven, allow to cool, remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- 1 pack of frozen shortcrust pastry (500 g packs)
- 10 egg yolks
- 90 cl of milk
- 1 pod vanilla
- 150 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
