Frico with potatoes and onion carnico
Instructions
Heats the pan over the plate and not to open fire.
When it is hot it starts with potato and onion then adds fresh cheese and Apple slices.
Let melt slowly, pressing with a fork over the frico; the turns on the other side and eliminates the fat part.
Shoot and reshoot for 10 minutes making sure it becomes red.
If you model over a glass upside down will take the form of a basket.
When it is cold, if it was done right, will be crumbly.

- 100 g of montasio cheese crisp
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Some slices of apple (optional)
