Smoked omelette
Instructions
Saute the bacon in a pan without adding fat.
When it gets a little crunchy transferred the slices on absorbent paper.
Let the mozzarella into small pieces and mix the beaten eggs.
Add the bacon, plenty of pepper and add salt.
Melt the butter in a pan, pour the mixture and let it thicken at low heat, first from one side and then the other.
At the end of cooking, slide the omelette on the plate and serve hot.

- 300 g of smoked mozzarella
- 6 fresh eggs
- 80 g of bacon sliced
- 40 g of butter
- Abundant of salt
- Pepper
