Omelette with balsamic vinegar
Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese and the salt.
Melt the butter in a pan and pour in the eggs.
Bake the omelet, and covered over low heat for 4 minutes.
Turn it, spray it with the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve hot sprinkled with Parmesan, chopped chives and pepper.

- 8 eggs
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 30 g of parmesan cheese flakes
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Fresh chives
