Omelet with ham and cream
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add the chopped cooked ham, six Sage leaves washed, dried and chopped, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and 2 of cream.
Add salt and pepper.
In a pan heat a knob of butter and bake the omelet making it brown slightly on both sides.
Must be dry when outside and soft inside texture.

- 6 eggs
- 120 g of ham
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- 6 leaves of sage
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
