The omelette ciociara
Instructions
Put the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Add the ricotta, crushed with a fork, the pecorino cheese and chopped Basil.
Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Heat the oil and fry the omelette.
You can also bake them in the oven and place the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 7 eggs
- 200 g of roman ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- Some leaves of basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
