Frittata with olives
Instructions
Very thinly slice the white part of the scallions and let it dry in a pan with the butter.
Add the Bacon strips, stir for a few minutes, retired and let cool.
Lightly beat the eggs with the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Join the stoned olives cut into fillets, shallots and pancetta.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil, pour and cook the omelet on both sides without let it dry too.
Serve immediately.

- 50 g of bacon
- 1 shallot
- 30 g of green olives
- 30 g of black olives
- Grated cheese
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
