Herring with onions
Instructions
A few hours before the picnic, place drain fish fillets in boiling milk.
Cut the onions into rings and leave them to marinate in vinegar.
Rinse with water, dry them well and seasoning them with salt and oil.
Discard the milk and dry fish.
Season with pepper, oil and lemon.
Merge into a single container herring and onions.

- 8 fillets kippers
- 100 cl of milk
- 8 red onions
- 2 cups of wine vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
