Onion Omelette (Frittata di Cipolle)
Instructions
Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
When it starts to Brown add the onions and cook over moderate heat, stirring slowly occasionally.
Meanwhile shelled eggs in a bowl, beat them with a fork, add salt and pepper.
When onions begin to take a nice golden color, pour over the eggs and let them thicken softly.
Using a dish turn the omelet browned it also on the other side.
Reflect on a serving platter, cut it into squares and serve.
